Felix Bar @ The Peninsula


The Felix bar, on its highest room on the top floor of the Peninsula Hotel,  was designed by nobody less than french designer and architect Philippe Starck. The amazing panorama of the the Victoria harbour makes sipping a glass of great champagne even greater. The “house” champagne is an amazing Deutz Brut Classic. Sky Lounge @ The Sheraton


Among the most impressive views of Hong Kong’ harbour you can get, while sipping great champagnes. Aqua Restaurant and Bar


A very unique concept of Italian-Japanese super-stylish restaurant. The view of Honk Kong bay trough the high ceiling glass windows is simply astonishing.  At the lower level are the restaurants: Aqua Roma, the Italian one, and Aqua Tokyo, the Japanese one. Champagne Bar @ Hyatt


A truly impressive champagne list. A historic bar for champagne lovers in Hong Kong, in a traditional decor. Live jazz music at evenings. This was the first bar in Hong Kong to introduce “vignerons” champagne, i.e. non-brand champagnes. Champagne bottles at very decent prices for takeaway. The bar is undergoing renovation in July and August 2014.


The Krug Room @ The Mandarin Oriental


A “champagne dinner” concept developed in partnership with the acclaimed Champagne House Krug. Flutes Champagne & Cocktail Bar


Located in the heart of the vibrant restaurant and bar community of SoHo, this hip champagne bar boosts a wide list of champagnes and champagne cocktails. You can taste up 8 different “brand” champagnes by the glass or enjoy a vast choice of champagne cocktails include signature ones. Daily champagne happy hour. Open till late.



Next door to Flute, in Soho, is Soirée, an eclectic cocktail bar with a very decent champagne list, a lively crowd and very good vibes. Till late.
