You will learn about the history of each House, the grapes and vineyards used, and the “secrests” in the production process, resulting in 4 different and distinctive styles embedded in these great cuvées crafted by these acclaimed Houses.
The tasting will take place in the beautiful private wines cellar of METIS, one of the finest restaurants in Bali and will be conducted by Eric Tirabassi, curator of www.BestChampagne.fr, the blog of the finest Champagne Houses.
Tailor-made champagne canapés prepared by Fench Chef Nicolas “Doudou” Tourneville will be served.
