A Coopérative Manipulante (CM) is a wine cooperative that produces and markets champagne made from members’ grapes under one or more brands. The most famous champagne cooperative is Centre Vinicole–Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte that sells millions of champagnes bottles under the brand Nicolas Feuillatte. A cooperative’s champagne can be identified by the initials CM on the label.
