A prestige cuvée is a champagne that is considered to be the top of a House’s range. Prestige Cuvée champagnes are almost always made of Pinot Noir and/or Chardonnay grapes (Pinot Meunier being considered a less noble grape), coming from Grands Crus and Premiers Crus only.
