The Champagne Bureau of USA has launched its new interactive map of the Champagne region.

The map allows users to get information about each Champagne sub-region in term of grapes and hectares planted.

The US is the second export market for champagne after the UK and the second market in the world for rosé champagne.

According to the Champagne Bureau (CIVC) of France in 2014 19,152,709 bottles of champagne were shipped to the US, representing a increase of 7.3% or 1.3 million bottles compared to 2013.  

Total turnover was EUR 401,7 millions  (+7,7%).
