Krug Bordeaux Month” will include this year a new culinary experience around the use of local produce, potato mostly, but also other foods, from September 15th to October 15th, 2015.

The historic Champagne house will match its iconic Grande Cuvée with the culinary creations of the best local chefs that will revolve around the use of locally sourced potatoes and other produce.

According to Krug, Grande Cuvée is a natural best match for all sort of food, thanks to the vast panoply or aromas.

At the same time potato is among the most widespread and versatile food.

Champagne Krug Grande Cuvée and potato matching will be available at the following restaurants: Prince Noir, Château Cordeillan Bages, L’Estacade, St James, Le Chapon Fin, Grand Hôtel Bordeaux, Le Gabriel, Au Bonheur du Palais, Hostellerie de Plaisance, Garopapilles, and Caudalie.
